PE Laminated is metal coating with high quality of film in order to protect scratch during production process and delivery. Metal coating with film can perform every type of our service e.g. Slitting, Shearing, Cut-to-Length and Cutting. The customer can choose a variety of film type e.g. Standard blue film, Clear film can see clearly surface and Black / White film which has special thickness for Cutting metals.

Adhesive film has two types e.g. Glue and Vacuum. With respect to adhesive glue film, it can easily peel so it is convenience to use. Adhesive vacuum film has no glue so it can be peeled immediately.

Tozzhin services machinery for Aluminium, Stainless Steel, Copper Plate. It has capacity of cutting from thickness 4.0 mm. to 100 mm. This aluminium is used in molds, machine components, toolholding and a full range of spacs. Furthermore, the machinery serves for cutting sheets and bars which has dia up to 600 mm. and it has capacity of workload more than 20 tons per month.

The company has 4 slitting machines which have a  workload capacity of approxiamately 3,000 tons per month. The cutting metal thickness is from 0.1 mm to 3.0 mm, the narrowest width at 3.0 mm.  Tozzhin also provides film protective coating to specially preserve surface.

Shearing is similar to Cut-to-Length, but the shape for cut shearing is sheeting and slice to the size that the customer’s requirements. This service is suitable for small quantity of task and stress which focuses on smooth and small width. Tozzhin’s shearing machinery has capacity for thick range from 0.3 mm. to 3.0 mm. and the width/length 10 mm. to 2440 mm. and workload about 50 tons per months.
